Recommender’s Statistics
Now our users can easily see the performance of the recommenders – the heart of Releva. For each recommender on the recommendations page, you have a direct overview of numerous key performance indicators like Page Views, Clicks, Conversions, Purchases, and generated Revenue.

Further, we are introducing the funnel performance page for recommenders! On it, you can see KPIs like clicks, purchases, and conversions over time.
💡 Based on this information, you can make informed changes to the recommender settings so that you can increase its performance.

Visual Banner Builder
💡 We wanted to give the marketers and small business owners an easy way to design their ad banners.
We have improved the banner creation for your eCommerce with an easy-to-use visual banner editor directly in Releva. Be creative and build spectacular web banners without having to be a HTML coder.
The visual banner builder comes with a set of built-in blocks. In this way, you’re able to build your templates faster. It implements a simple and powerful style manager module that enables independent styling of any component inside the canvas.
Releva visual banner builder gives you all the necessary tools that you need to optimize your banners to look fabulous on any device. You can nest components as much as you can, but the layer manager comes in very handy when the structure begins to grow. It allows you to manage and rearrange your elements significantly faster, always focusing on your structure’s architecture.
It is easier to organize your media files with the asset manager, and it’s enough to double-click on the image to change it.

Banner’s Statistics
You can now see the performance of your banners. For each recommender on the banner page, you have a direct overview for KPIs like Page Views, Clicks, Conversions, Purchases, and generated Revenue.

We are also introducing the funnel performance page for banners! On it, you can see the following KPIs: Clicks, Purchases, and Conversions over time.
💡 Based on this information, you can make informed decisions and changes to the recommender settings so that you can increase its performance.

Customer Events Filtering
On your Audiences module, you can filter customer’s activities by type. 💡 This way, you can see how many times your Email campaigns have been rescheduled or if a concrete email being delivered and open.

Customer Message Statistics
Gain intelligence about how your customers respond to marketing messages over time. This chart is showing you data over time about all your marketing channels and the user actions.

💡 With this information you can understand your customer’s interests and tailor your campaigns in order to convert better.
Customer Aggregated Statistics
You can see for a selected customer which products he has seen or how many orders he has made and the generated revenue. Now, this is possible with a new feature called Aggregated Statistics. Now when you go to a selected customer, you will see this new tab showing you:
- Product Views
- Orders
- Customer Value
- Average Order Value
- Average Order Size
- Campaign Entries
- Email Open Rate
- Email Click Rate

💡 With this handy feature, you will have a high-level insights about your customers!
Assets Toolkit
Now you can upload assets and use them in Banners, Emails, and Campaigns. Upload to Releva the images you want to use in your marketing channels and campaigns.


When the image is uploaded, you will see two links: Asset URL and Thumbnail URL. We are automatically generating a thumbnail for you to get the most out of the asset’s functionality. For your convenience, use the search box to find the images you need.

💡 You can use assets in the new HTML interface, where you can put on one screen the assets toolkit and search, the email view and the email HTML editing toolkits.
