Customer Success Specialist
Our team is currently growing to meet our ambitious goals. We are looking for Customer Success Specialist who is proactive, adapts and develops quickly in a fast paced environment.
- Onboarding of new clients and providing ongoing support to fully utilize the potential of our product to nourish customer experience and satisfaction.
- Responsibility for clients’ relationship management being the entry point for any requests or issues.
- Performing training sessions and presentations of new product features.
- Identifying upsell opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Sales to support new customers and expansion opportunities.
- Proactively manage churn and enhance customer retention.
- You possess strong interpersonal skills including demonstrated experience in a customer facing role.
- If you have experience in a technical/customer success role, it is considered as advantage
- You are well organized and possess strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- You are an excellent communicator and able to collaborate within a team environment
- You are tech savvy, with a good understanding of data analytics.
- If you have an experience with CRM tools, it is considered an advantage
- You are fluent in English
