The dashboard is your guide for assisted revenues, conversion rates, and basked size metrics. Currently, it includes two graphics – Store Revenue by Source and Average Order Value:

Store Revenue by Source

This graph shows the contribution of Releva to the revenue for all the communication channels: Push Notifications, Email, Recommenders, Banners, Text Messages, and Others, which is a collective of all revenue not contributed by Releva.

For instance, if a product was ordered by click-through Email, then revenue from this product is reported as part of the Email Source.

It’s important to understand which channels help you reach the most people using the aggregate channel metrics.

Avarage Order Value

We do a simple A/B test to estimate the contribution of Releva to the basket size. Releva splits all users into two groups: target and control group. The target group always receives the intended message, banner, or web recommendation, alternatively, the control group doesn’t receive any communication. 

The size of the control group is configurable via the Shop page.
