Upon clicking and selecting the WhatsApp message from the available options, you would have to choose what the purpose of the message will be. This choice will allow our AI to better understand your goal and use it in the generation of the content.

You will have access to the following options generating Viber messages:

  • Newsletter
  • Thank You for Subscription
  • Thank You for Your Purchase
  • Abandoned Browse
  • Abandoned Basket

When you make your selection, the next step is to write a name of the generated content so you can easily find it in the Generated Content menu or on the left side of your screen. After you have done so, click on the Create button.


Before you begin #

When the page loads, at the top of the page you’ll see some additional settings (some of them are mandatory) so you can have full control over what content will be generated.

  1. Name – Here you can see and if needed, edit the name of the generated content
  2. Model – You’ll have the option to choose from our wide selection of different models (from different languages to even generating an image). The available models at the moment are the following:
    1. Bulgarian
    2. English
    3. German
    4. French
    5. Italian
    6. Spanish
    7. Indonesian
    8. Image
  3. Sharing – By default, all of the generated content will be available only for you. If you would like to share it with everyone that has access to the Admin panel, do make a selection here.
  4. Topic – For best results, make sure to describe what the topic of the generated content is.
  5. + Add More Context – All of these are additional options which are not mandatory but can add some additional nuances and context to the generated content to give it even more power and be more specific to what exactly you need:
    1. Audience – You would be able to choose the Audience from the drop-down menu but also create new ones to add them and be used.
    2. Brand Voice – You can choose one or multiple Brand Voices from the drop-down menu that can be used in the generation of the content.
    3. Brand Tone – You can choose one or multiple Brand Tones from the drop-down menu that can be used in the generation of the content.
    4. Brand Archetype – These are automatically generated when our AI analyses your website. For the purpose of the AI generated content though, if you wish you can change it and write a custom human-like characteristic to be used in the generated content.
    5. Subject – Here you can give additional instructions about the Subject line of the email.
    6. Call to Action – As the name suggests, here you can describe
    7. Custom Information – If you wish, you can add some additional and custom information which would be helpful for the AI or perhaps additional instructions.

The Results #

After a bit of time, the WhatsApp message will be generated and you can review it. Please note, at the moment, the generated content for this type of channel can be lengthy. Once it’s generated, you would be able to review it and use it as it is or make changes if you wish to do so.

The Generated content itself is automatically saved in the Generated content submenu of the AI Hub so you can easily visit it at a later date and reuse it.

As you can see, the AI model has generated a great looking text and subject which is more than likely to entice your clients to open the email. The AI has also generated some links but it’s possible the same won’t open the exact product pages so it’s a good idea to check them before using them.
