Every single website and brand have their own identity, tone, language that make them unique and standout from the crowd. It’s very important to leverage this uniqueness and transfer it fully into your communication with your clients, regardless if it is via Email or any of the other communications channels.

The Brand Identity menu does just that – our AI makes a deep analysis on your website so it can find out its unique characteristics like the tone and voice used throughout your shop, to the personas it may appeal to based on the products that you’re offering. This will allow you to fully utilize the power of our AI to write personalised communication which will use your tone and voice and appeal to your userbase.


Initial setup #

For you to be able to take full advantage of the personalised generation of content, it highly recommended after you’ve opened the submenu for Brand Identity to click on the centred button Analyse Brand you can see on the below screenshot.

This will allow our AI to take a deep dive in your website and analyse it in detail which on its own will allow it to generate highly personalised content using your own tone and voice and target the content to the demographics that are most likely to like your products.

Analysing #

After clicking on the button, our AI will begin and make a deep analysis of your brand and what makes it unique and stand out. While this process is undergoing, please do not refresh the page.

Review and approve the analysis #

One the analysis has finished (which usually takes less than a minute), you would be greeted with a summary of what our AI has managed to find out for your brand. You’ll have the option to review it and if you like even add additional Voices, Personal and Tones to the ones we’ve managed to pick up.

Once you’re happy with the result, go ahead and click on the Looks good button located at the button right corner.

Let the Content Generation begin! #

Once you’ve clicked on the button, you’ll be automatically redirected to the Generated Content submenu, so you can dive in and start generating content for your marketing needs. Rest assured, you can go back to the Brand Identity submenu at any time and make some fine-tuning to the Voices, Personas and Tones if you wish to do so.
