For one reason or another, you may want to delete the newly created Dynamic coupons or such that have been created some time ago. In both cases, you will have the option to delete them.
Warning: This action is irreversible! Make sure you have chosen the correct Dynamic coupon to delete.
Once deleted, its promo codes and Merge tag are also gone, which will break any automations that currently uses marketing channels with the Merge tag in it until you go and replace it with a new one or remove entirely it from said Marketing channel.
Navigate to the Dynamic coupon #
First, go open the Data platform menu on the left side and select Dynamic Coupons located at its bottom. Then, open the coupon you would like to delete by either clicking on its name or the button Edit located at the far-right side.
The only other thing you need to do is click on the red Delete button.
Doing so will open a pop-up where you will need to confirm your decision.
Once confirmed, this Dynamic coupon and all of its promo codes are deleted alongside its Merge tag.
