The answer to this question differs between the types of Exports so we will take a look at both of them separately.

One off Export #

Once this type of Export has been created, the only thing you would be able to change is its name.

The purpose behind this decision is to make sure once an Export is created, no one else would be able to make any changes to its settings.

If you would like to make any changes, you can either delete the old one and create a brand-new Export with the new settings, or leave the old Export (for logging and data purposes) and once again create a brand-new Export with the new settings.

Periodic Export #

This one is a bit more liberal with the options and you can make changes to several details:

1. Name – if you have made a mistake or the data export changes in time, you would be able to reflect that change with its name.
2. Schedule – as the needs for data changes so can you change the schedule for this export to set when the report should be generated and sent to the recipients.
3. Selection – same as the above, you have the flexibility to change the selection from All to Specific and vice versa depending on your needs.
4. Recipient – if needed, you can add and remove the emails which will receive the exports when the time comes.
