Images and how useful can this tool be

1 min read

Images plays an important role when it comes to managing and storing your marketing pictures, avatars and content for a later date.

With this tool you can easily store all marketing content and host it on our servers and it’s necessary to use multimedia in Push Notifications and Viber / WhatsApp. Let’s see how the upload works:

Getting started #

First, navigate to Assets via the left-side menu and select Files from its options. Images will be the default tab selected for you and on the page you can find all of the previously uploaded images. In addition to that, if you have used the AI Hub to generate images, you will be able to find them here.

All that’s left is to click on the ‘New Image’ button located in the top-right corner to continue.

On the new page you have a few options where you can enter the name of the file, make sure to write a description and of course choose the file you would like to upload:

Please note, the only image extentions you would be able to upload are “png” and “jpg”.

View the result #

Once you click Save, you will be redirected to the previous page where your newly uploaded image will be waiting for you at the top.

All of its details from Name and Description to Date Created and Uploaded will be easily accessible for you.

In addition, you will also have:

  1. Image URL – this is the direct URL link to the full resolution of the image so you can use it in the marketing channels.
  2. Image Thumbnail URL – this on the other hand is the direct URL link to the thumbnail you see on the screen (in case you might need a smaller version of your image).

Edit the image #

By clicking on the image itself, you will be taken directly to the details of said image so you can make changes to its Name and Description. For alteration purposes you can’t re-upload the image so if you want a new version of the image, you will have to upload it separately.

Searching for a particular image #

If you have pages and pages of images which with time is expected to happen, you can easily search for a particular image via the search bar located above the images. The search will look not only for the Name but also for keywords in the Description, which is why it’s a good idea to describe your images well.
