Exporting Product Trends data

Having all of that data in Product Trends is extremely valuable but you need to be able to analyze it to take full advantage of it.

By default, the max number of products that are visualised in each category is 12.

Even though the number may seem small, the system is giving you at a quick glance the products with the most impact or the ones that need your attention the most so you can take actions the soonest possible.

For all of you data driven people though, we have the option to export a whole Product Trend category with up to 100 in each so let’s check how you can do that.


Open the Releva Admin panel and navigate to the Analytics menu on the left and select Product Trends from its options:

Please note, the first two trends containing the Categories can’t be exported and they serve a purpose to only show you which Categories on your website are popular.

Once on the page, make sure to change the Timeframe at the top of the page. By default, it’s set for the last 14 days but you have the option to change it.

Then, locate the Trend you want to get exported and click on the button Export located on its right side:

After clicking on it, you will be greeted by a pop-up where you can select the number of products from this Product Trend. The maximum you can select is 100 products by moving the slider to the right.

After you have selected the number of products you want exported and click the Export button, a request will be send to our backend and an email will be sent to you with a button to download the data.

Please note, the link in the email will be active for 30 days. If you would like to keep the file for a longer period of time, we would advise you to keep a local copy of it on your device.
