If you’ve just installed our app via the MerchantPro’s or Shopify’s App Stores, you may be wondering what’s next? What are the recommended steps you need to take to take full advantage of our app and see the possitive results as soon as possible?

If you’re wondering at least one of those questions, we got you covered and this is the article for you!

Down below you’ll find a six-step process that will help you get the most out of Releva and allow you to see the results as soon as possible.

  1. Turn on the product recommendation blocks on your website
    Your account is pre-configured with the best practices we know work in many different industries. All of them are fully customisable according to your needs and you can make changes in the future. You can turn on your product blocks and make changes as needed by following this article.
  2. Turn on email automations
    There are three email automations that you need to turn on from the start: Abandoned cart, Abandoned browsing and the Weekly newsletter. These automations will allow you to recommend relevant products to your customers on a weekly basis and re-target them if they don’t purchase right away.   1. Tun on pop-ups/banners to increase user base
    We offer you the ability to create beautiful and engaging pop-ups and banners to increase the number of your subscribers and userbase of your shop. Follow this link to learn more about how to create them and best utilize their advantages.
  2. Send automated emails to newly subscribed users
    Learn how to automate sending an email to your subscribed user based on an action they’ve performed. For example, you can give them a discount code for subscribing and send them an email containing said code to initialize the communication with the customer.   3. Create a welcome flow for newly registered users

  4. Drive more relevant traffic to your website using Facebook campaigns
