An online halal food store in Bulgaria, 4 July to 6 October 2026. Email, push, recommendations and pop-ups ran on their own. Releva also runs the store's Meta campaigns.

The client

A small team with a whole store to run.

Helal sells halal food online in Bulgaria: dates, sweets, meat, drinks and pantry goods.

Like most small stores, the team has no time to build a campaign every week. The last two campaigns sent by hand went out on 1 and 3 July 2026.

What the agent did

Everything that ran without anyone pressing send

1

Browse abandonment

An email to every shopper who viewed products and left, built for that person from what they looked at.

2

Cart abandonment

Email and push to every shopper who left a cart, with the items they chose and what goes with them.

3

Weekly newsletter

Sent every week on its own, with products picked for each reader.

4

On the site

Recommendations on every page and pop-ups with offers, decided for each visitor.

5

Meta campaigns

Releva runs the store's Meta campaigns, including retargeting built from the same customer profiles.

Where the revenue went through the agent

4 July to 6 October 2026. One order can touch more than one channel, so the shares add up to more than the total.

Month by month

The agent carried the summer. Meta brought the autumn.

Orders are real store orders. Meta's own report counted about twice as many purchases as the store took in September, so we count orders, not Meta purchases.

How we counted

Attributed, not measured lift. An order counts for a channel when the shopper clicked a Releva email, push, recommendation or pop-up and then bought. There was no holdout group.

Manual campaigns are the one-off campaigns someone builds and sends. Journeys and the weekly newsletter run on their own once set up.

Meta. In September Releva ran a bigger Meta budget, about three times July's. The rise in orders comes from the store's own order data.
