Ask about your results. Check the answer in your orders.
A co-pilot for your marketer, in beta, reading the same shopper profiles Releva sells from.
- In beta today
- Same profiles as the sales agent
- AI copy and images, live now
Three things you can ask it now
How did that flow do?
Ask how a flow or campaign performed, then check the number against your own reports.
Know what drove each sale →Who should get this?
Describe the customers you mean in plain words. Still limited, so check who it picks.
What should we send next?
It looks at the flows you run and suggests the next workflow.
Flows and journeys in Retention →Drafts for the messages you send
AI Hub, the content studio inside Releva, writes first drafts: text for email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, ads and posts, and images from a prompt or from a picture you already have. Your team edits every draft before it goes out.
Where the messages go: Retention →The same memory as the agent
A general assistant doesn't know your customers. The co-pilot reads the same profiles the agent uses on your site and in your messages. Today it answers and suggests; your team builds and sends.
How the agent decides →Use it from your own AI assistant
An MCP server: the assistant your team already uses can ask the store's agent and act within your rules.
Questions about the marketing co-pilot
What is Releva's marketing co-pilot?
An AI assistant for your marketer, in beta. It answers questions about your email results and suggests workflows, from the same shopper profiles the agent uses to sell. AI content in AI Hub is live: first drafts for email, SMS, Viber, WhatsApp, Facebook ads and blog posts.
How is it different from Klaviyo Composer or a general AI assistant?
A general AI assistant doesn't know your customers. Klaviyo promotes Composer as its AI marketing agent inside Klaviyo. Releva's co-pilot reads the same profiles the agent uses on your site, in your app and in your messages, including shoppers your email tool hasn't identified yet.
Is the marketing co-pilot live?
It's in beta. It answers questions about your email results and suggests the next workflow. Help with segments is still limited. The MCP server is in production.
Can I trust its answers?
Check them, as you would with any AI assistant. It can be wrong, especially in beta.
