How do you count visitors?
We count unique visitors the agent served in a month, with bots left out. Your plan follows that number.
Can I buy just one part?
No. Every plan has the whole agent, because the parts learn from each other: what search learns about a shopper improves her emails and her ads. Plans differ by visitors a month, and messages by SMS, Viber and WhatsApp are charged at cost.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan starts with 30 days free, so you see the results in your own orders before you pay, and a holdout group decides whether you pay at all.
What if it doesn't add orders?
Then you don't pay. A holdout group of your visitors sees the store without the agent from day one; after 30 days we compare the orders of the two groups in your own data. No added orders, no invoice.
How much does it cost?
We quote your price after a 30-minute call with your store open. SMS, Viber and WhatsApp messages are charged at cost.
How fast can we go live?
On Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, CloudCart and CS-Cart it goes live the same day through a plug-in. Other platforms take 3 to 5 business days for all tools.
