One memory, models that decide, and an API that returns the answer.
What goes in, what the models do, what comes out, and how long it takes to connect.
- Google Cloud, event-based ingestion
- Live the same day on Shopify and plug-ins
- ISO 27001, GDPR, EU or Asia hosting
Data in, one memory, decisions out
Every surface reads the same profile and the same catalog. Every decision is scored against the goal you set.
Three sources, and the integration is complete
Events, orders and the catalog. The catalog is an operational copy, never the system of record.
One profile per person, from the first click
Devices and channels join by profile ID, email or phone. The data stays yours, in the region you choose.
Predictive models decide. Language models only talk.
Trained on your data, served on our own GPUs, scored against your goal.
One feed call, every surface
The person and the context go in. Ranked products with live price and stock come back, on the fly.
A holdout, and orders counted once
The lift is measured in your own orders, not claimed. The mechanics are on the How it decides page.
What connects, and how long it takes
| How it connects | Time to live | |
|---|---|---|
| Shopify | App install, two years of orders synced | 1 to 2 hours |
| WooCommerce, Magento, PrestaShop, OpenCart, CloudCart, CS-Cart, Gomag, MerchantPro | Plug-in | Same day |
| Custom store | One tag or Google Tag Manager, events API | 3 to 5 business days |
| Mobile apps | SDKs: iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native | Next app release |
| Email tool | Runs next to Klaviyo | Day one |
| Customer data platform | Segment, both directions | Days |
| Help desk | Handoff to Gorgias, Zendesk, Freshdesk | Day one |
| Your systems and agents | Events API, webhooks, feeds, MCP server | Self-serve |

Where does Releva run?
On Google Cloud, with event-based ingestion. EU-only hosting on request, in-region cloud in Asia. Each brand's data is isolated. ISO 27001, GDPR.
Do we need a data warehouse or a CDP first?
No. Events, orders and the catalog go in; feeds and messages come out. If you run Segment, Releva connects to it in both directions.
How fast are the decisions?
Feeds are computed per request with the page or screen context. Catalog changes apply within a minute. Segments refresh every 10 to 30 minutes.
Where are language models used?
Only in the chat with the shopper and in the long-running processes a marketer starts by asking. Decisions and recommendations come from predictive models trained on the store's data.
What scale has it run at?
One client keeps 22 million profiles on Releva, recorded 131 million events in a month, had 22.6 million shoppers enter journeys in one day and delivered 8.7 million messages in a month.
