One price. One number that shows what it added.
What Releva costs, what it replaces, and how you read what it added in your own orders, not in a vendor dashboard.
- A fixed monthly price for the store
- 30 days free, a holdout decides
- No success fee
What you pay
One fixed monthly price for the store, set by visitors a month. It covers every job: search, recommendations, chat and banners on the site, email, push, WhatsApp and Viber, the loyalty program, forms, and the ad audiences. The only add-ons are channels with their own carrier cost.
The first 30 days are free. From day one a share of your visitors is held back and sees the store without Releva. After 30 days we put the two groups side by side in your own orders. If Releva added orders, you pay the plan price. If it didn't, you don't, and the data stays yours. There is no success fee either way.
Several tools and bills become one
| Separate tools | Releva | |
|---|---|---|
| Site search | A search app, billed on its own | Included |
| Recommendations | A recommendation app, billed on its own | Included |
| Chat | A chat tool that reaches the few who type | Included, for every visitor |
| Email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, Viber | Several providers and bills | One place, one bill |
| Loyalty and forms | Two more apps | Included |
| Ad audiences | CSV exports or a data team | Included, synced within hours |
| Proof | Each tool credits itself for the same order | Orders counted once, a holdout group |
How you check what it added
The number is revenue per visitor, with and without Releva, in the same weeks and under the same promotions. The held-out visitors are your baseline. Every order Releva claims is one you can open in your store, counted once, with the Google and Meta clicks before it, and you can download the list.
The attribution windows are stated and you can change them: a message counts if it was opened within 1 day or clicked within 7, a site click within 1 day. Nothing is credited just because a message was received. The mechanics are on How it decides.

What if it adds nothing?
Then the first 30 days cost nothing, and you keep your data.
How long to a result?
The first read-out is at day 30. Shopify stores are live in 1 to 2 hours, plug-in platforms the same day, other stores in 3 to 5 business days.
Do we need a data team?
No. Events, orders and the catalog connect through the app, a plug-in or one tag. The read-out comes from your own store orders.
Questions from finance
How is Releva priced?
A fixed monthly price for the store, set by visitors a month, with every job included. Channels with their own carrier cost are the only add-ons. The plans page has the tiers.
What does the 30-day promise mean?
From day one a share of your visitors is held back. After 30 days the two groups are compared in your orders. If Releva added orders you pay the plan price; if not, you don't, and the data stays yours.
How are orders counted?
Once. Every attributed order is a completed checkout in your store, with the Google and Meta clicks before it, downloadable. The attribution windows are stated and adjustable.
Is there a success fee?
No. When the lift is there, the price is the plan price. Your data is your property and stays isolated from other brands.
What does it replace?
Separate apps for search, recommendations, chat, email and messaging, loyalty, forms and audience syncing, each with its own bill, and the time spent reconciling what each one claims.
