Stop paying ads to reach customers you already own.
Your email and push can close those sales. The agent tells Meta, Google and TikTok who is worth finding, and grows the basket after the click.

- Every attributed order you can open
- Your campaigns stay yours
Your own customers are clicking your ads.
Retargeting and branded search keep reaching people already on your email list. Then the platforms claim sales your email closed.
At a discount sportswear retailer in July 2026, people already on the email list were 4.9% of ad clickers and brought 29% of store revenue. They still clicked 40,545 to 70,579 paid ads that month, although email already reaches them.

Capture every ad click
Google and Meta click IDs are recorded server-side and first-party.
Match clicks to your list
We count paid clicks on people you can already reach, and estimate what they cost.
Let owned channels close
Price-drop and back-in-stock messages go out per person.
Run an exclusion test
Your active list comes out of retargeting and branded search only. Measure, then decide.
Spend more on the people worth finding
Ad platforms bid on who clicked last. The agent tells them who is likely to become a valuable customer.
Audiences built from customer value
The agent builds audiences from predicted 12-month value and past orders, and syncs them to Meta, Google and TikTok.
See Ads audiences →Purchases counted once, with their value
Server-side events share one ID with your pixel, so each purchase counts once. A second event carries predicted value, so platforms can bid on worth.
A bigger basket after the click
At a European bedding and sleepwear brand in June 2026, orders with a recommended product were 51% larger than orders from an ad alone (not a controlled test).

How does Releva reduce wasted ad spend?
Two ways. It tells Meta, Google and TikTok who is worth finding, from predicted customer value in your own store. It can also keep your existing customers out of retargeting and branded search, tested first. Then it sells to the visitors your ads bring, so fewer paid clicks leave without buying.
Why does Ads Manager claim more sales than my store shows?
One cause: a pixel and a separate server integration both report each purchase, with no shared ID. On one account, Meta counted 2.11 purchase events for every real order (4 to 16 July 2026). Releva's server-side events share the pixel's ID, so each order counts once.
How is this different from Triple Whale or Northbeam?
Triple Whale and Northbeam are attribution and analytics tools: they report which channel gets the credit. Releva changes the result: who your ads find, what each visitor sees and what each message contains. It counts each order once and shows its own lift with a holdout group.
Won't excluding my customers from retargeting cost me sales?
That's what the exclusion test answers, in your own data. Only your active email list comes out, and only from retargeting and branded search. Those customers still hear from you by email and push.
Do I have to change how I run my campaigns?
No. Campaigns stay in your own accounts, and you buy media as you do now. The agent adds audiences and suggests exclusions, and you decide.
