Marketplaces and media

Millions of visitors, one memory, the sale closed wherever it closes.

Marketplaces and media groups serve millions of people who never log in, on web and app, across countries. The agent keeps one profile for each of them and runs search, recommendations, push, email and the test-ride booking from it.

  • 22 million shopper profiles on one agent, web and app, three countries
  • +40% test-ride conversion per visitor in 22 days on a motorbike marketplace
  • Eight times the visitors a click report showed, for a media group

How they buy

Scale, churn of inventory and offline closing.

A car marketplace changes thousands of listings a day and talks to millions of visitors who never register. The agent keeps every one of them as a profile from the first visit, so the push message about a price drop goes to the people who looked at that car, and the test-ride booking in WhatsApp is credited to the exact listing they clicked.

Media groups have the opposite problem: plenty of visitors, and advertisers who only see the clicks. On its own first-party data, a media group measured eight times the visitors its click report counted, with three checks on every report.

One memory serves millions: 131 million events in a month and 22.6 million shoppers entering journeys in one day, on one agent. Sales closed offline still count: only booked test rides counted as results, and 1 in 8 traced to the exact bike clicked. And for media sales houses, the visitors a campaign brought after the ads stopped are verified, beyond the click.

What it does here

Four jobs, tuned to marketplaces and media

Listings ranked per visitor

Search and recommendations over inventory that changes daily, on web and in the app.

Push and email at scale

Price drops, new listings and reminders, built per visitor and delivered in the millions.

The booking, in WhatsApp

The conversation that ends in a test ride, credited to the listing that started it.

Proof beyond the click

Visitors after the ads stopped, verified three ways, for advertisers who only saw clicks.
